When Candy Club launched its direct-to-consumer platform, I helped shape the product positioning, solidify the brand voice, and improve the customer experience that drove a 224% revenue increase in the first campaign cycle. This included email strategy, landing page messaging, blog posts, SEO improvements, and social campaign coordination to bring the brand's personality to life and convert new subscribers and purchases.

I managed and evolved Candy Club's social media strategy, developing content pillars, integrated campaign calendars, and engagement-driving contests that increased overall social engagement by 26%. The focus was on building a brand community and engagement — not just broadcasting product — which resulted in stronger customer loyalty and user-generated content.

Customer reach was also increased through targeted collaborations and giveaways with related brands in adjacent industries, like Vera Bradley, Bright Cellars, and Nickelodeon.

Licensed Collection GTM Campaigns

Each licensed collection — Disney® Princess, Star Wars™, Crayola®, Toy Story® — required its own go-to-market strategy. I developed the messaging frameworks, coordinated asset creation and approval with licensors, and planned the retail and digital rollout for each. These integrated campaigns balanced licensor brand guidelines with Candy Club's voice to create cohesive, shelf-stopping launches.
